My sister's husband was killed in an auto accident and the other driver was at fault. My sister depended on her husband for income and support, and now she is left with nothing after the accident. How does she choose the best lawyer?

In Texas, such cases are controlled by the Texas Wrongful Death statute. That statute permits the recovery of a wrongfully killed loved one's financial support.
