Being the owner of a construction company, can i be sued if someone came uninvited to visit one of
my guys at work and fell on my jobsite??

Additional Details:
While i was not on the jobsite, an aquaintance of one of my workers stopped by. The visitor took it
upon himself to explore the jobsite and check out what the guys were doing, while walking around he
fell threw a floor on the old section of the house. He went to the hospital for his injury, told the
hospital he fell at home and is covered by his own health insurance. Now a little over a week later,
he''s decided he wants to sue. Does he have a case against me as the buisness owner or the
homeowner, or at all??

He was not p;resent on the site with your permission. You should immediately put your insurance carrier on notice of the accident. You should also advise the owner of the property of the possible claim.
