How can I get a copy of an arbitration report without going through the lawyer?

Additional Details:
I have a case that was settled with arbiration. My attorney did not give me a copy of the
arbitrator''s report. He just told what the arbitrator awarded me. How do I get a copy of this
report on my own. The arbitration was done by the ADR Systems located in Chicago, Illinois.

The attorney representing you on the claim should agree to give you a copy of the report. I would send a written request for the report by certified mail. If you don't receive a response, you can ask for a copy from ADR systems and/or file a complaint with the State Bar Association. You are entitled to see the report to determine how the decision was reached.
