I had a snowboarding accident last 01/14/2012 at Blue Mountain Ski resort in PA. I suffered a
concussion. Will i be able to sue the ski resort?

Most likely not unless you can prove that they did something negligent, snowboarding is considered an inheritantly dangerous sport and you assume the risk for having an accident while participating.
