I was hurt while helping a mother and her children out when their car had turned over in a car
accident.

Additional Details:
I was on my way to work when I witnessed an accident. I stopped to help a woman and her children who
were in a car accident. Their car was on its side. I was holding the door open while the other
person was pulling them out. The mother kicked the door out of my hand and it slammed down crushing
my hand. I continue to have nerve damage and pain and it is the hand I need for work. What can I do?
I need physical therapy but I can''t afford it.

I suggest that you see a personal injury lawyer right away. Assuming that whoever was responsible for the auto accident had automobile insurance at the time of the crash, there should be coverage to take care of your bills and related expenses.
