I was severly injured responding to a structure fire and slipped on the sealed concrete floor
suffering a severe concussion, injury by back requiring

Additional Details:
surgery, and have 3 herniated discs in my neck pending surgery in the future. Depart. of Laborb
Public safety and health inspected after I made a complaint. There will be citations/violations Am I
entitiled to persue a case against the fire department
