My dad passes away on Dec.29,2012. Since then my sister had a warrant taken out on me for
trespassing. She has file false charges and had me falsely

arrested. I can prove that the charges are false. I''ve been vomiting and not eating. I''m not
allowed to go to my dad''s house. I''ve already lost 15-20 pounds and not able to work. Is there any
thing I can do, like take a suit out on her for filing false charges and having me falsely arrest
and the pain and suffering she has put me through? Something like a personal injury charge.

Your date is wrong, just as a head's up - I assume you meant that your father died in 2011, not 2012. You can file charges for false arrest, but you may have a difficult time proving the extent of injuries and damages you have suffered. The other thing to consider is whether you sister has adequate resources to pay for any such damages. If she inherited from your father when he died, she may have adequate resources to make this worthwhile. You should contact an attorney directly and discuss the potential claim. Most offices provide for free initial consultations. Good luck going forward. -Jay Mills
