I was raped at the Durary Plaza Hotel by an employee in 2008 and I want to no if I can still sue them or if I should?

I am very sorry to hear about your situation. To answer your first question, you still have time to file a lawsuit. Generally, the statute of limitations for a claim like this would be at least two years. That does not mean you should wait, however, as evidence and witnesses disappear over time.
