Not sure what your question is, but sounds as if you may want to speak with a probate attorney or someone involved in disputes relating to estates. Most such lawyers will offer free initial consultations. It is important to get a probate attorney involved early on if there is likely to be a dispute of any sort - the sooner you act, the better.
