WHAT TYPE OF LAWYER DO I NEED TO SPEAK TO ABOUT A SUIT AGAINST A HOTEL FOR NEGLIGENCE?

Additional Details:
I WENT TO THE HOSPITAL FOR PAIN IN MY EAR. THEY FOUND ROACHES IN MY EAR CANAL. THE HOTEL DOESN''T
WANT TO DISCUSS ANYTHING AND WANTS TO DENY IT EVER HAPPEN. I EVEN CALL TO THE FRONT DESK AND
COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ROACHES DAYS BEFORE.
