How do I get workplace to be held responsible?

Almost 2 years ago I had a heat stroke at work since then I haven't been the same I ran a fever four 2 months my employer paid doctor bills but never paid me nothing I don't walk good no more can't go places by myself waiting in disability to be approved but taking forever I've tried to work but I don't walk good anymore esspcially out in public can I hold employers responsible? I want the old me back I can't go socialize anymore at least they should pay for me to go to doctor I'm gonna loose everything I've worked so hard for I want to work but can't yet they closed down where I was working moved somewhere else now plz help

There is nothing that the employer, the courts  or any human can do to bring back the "old you". Sorry.
