who do i get ahold of or what do i do cause my 16 mth old son fell out of a semi truck and got a 2nd
degree concusion and we are really worried

Additional Details:
My mom is a truck driver and we went to visit her while she was on lay over, while we we''re
visiting her my son was injuried when he fell out of the truck and hit the pavement on his head. My
son went from crawling, walking, clapping, and eating all by hisself to doing absolutly nothing. It
hurts him to move his neck or ANY part of his body period. He can''t eat any food at all without
throwing it up and we are worried that somthing happened to his vision because he can''t comprehend
anything around him unless you are up close to his face. We took him to the hospital and they said
that his milestones went back to a new born baby and that he fractured his skull from his hairline
down by his right eye. He has a fever that jumps up and down. The care that we know he should have
will cost us more then what we have and need some kind of help in the care of my son. Is there
anyone that could help us with this matter.

This case sounds very serious. I am sorry to hear about your son's condition. What I am about to say may sound cold but I assure you it is your best viable option.

Trucking Companies have large insurance policies. You could make a claim against your Mom's company if you can show that the truck driver (your mom) was negligent in having your son in the truck which resulted in him falling out and getting injured.

There are several great trucking attorneys in the country and I would be happy to assist you. Research which attorney you ultimately decide to hire ensuring they practice trucking law and traumatic brain injury law.
