Helpful Tips From Attorney Sam Jubran for Those Involved in Traffic Crashes

According to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles' records, there were 14,771 traffic crashes in Duval county alone in 2008.  Of those crashes, 120 resulted in a fatality, and there were 46 alcohol related fatalities. 

When purchasing auto insurance, the insurance company is counting on the fact that chances are more likely than not that you will become involved in an accident during the life of your policy. 

If you are involved in a traffic accident, DO NOT give a written or recorded statement to anyone without first consulting with experienced accident attorney A. Sam Jubran. 

Also, if possible, you should try to get the names, telephone numbers and addresses for all witnesses at the scene because these witnesses may become very important but difficult to locate down the road.
