4. Believiing that if you hire an attorney you will end up with an hourly fee  bill. Most attorney do not charge by the hour. They base their fee on what they recover for you. These fees can customarily range from 20%to 50% of the recovery. There are multiple factors that go into detemining a fee .

5. Not taking the time to understand and learn about your rights by talking with a good personal injury attorney . I empasize good personal injury attoney because not all attorneys are created equall.
