Motorcycle Helmet Law in Ohio. Can It Effect Your Injury Caim?

 In Ohio Bikers are reqired to wear helmets if they are under 18 or if they have been licensed for less than a year. However even bikers that are not required to wear helmets could have their money damages for injuries reduced if there is expert evidence admitted that had the motorcycle rider worn a helmet his injuries would have been lessened.

Texas: Limit Increase for Bodily Injury or Death

For motor vehicle liability policies renewed or issued on or after April 1, 2008, the Texas Legislature increased the liability coverage required for Texas motorists.  The current limit is $20,000 for bodily injury or death for one person and $40,000 for two or more persons subject to the $20,000 limit for one person. The new limit will be $25,000 for bodily injury or death for one person and $50,000 for two or more person subject the $25,000 limit for one person. ...
