Seattle Accident Statistics

According to the Washington Department of Transportation's 2007 traffic accident statistics, 125 motor vehicle passengers were killed in car crashes and 501 suffered serious injuries in Washington State.
Seattle auto accident statistics compiled by the state’s Department of Transportation for 2008 show the following Seattle car crash and traffic accident statistics:
- Fatal accidents: 24
- Cars and trucks involved in fatal accidents: 32
- Fatal accidents caused by drunken drivers in Seattle: 11
- Accident deaths: 24
- People involved in fatal accidents: 54
- Pedestrians involved in fatal accidents: 14
